PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce mounting process of a frame body and a lamp to a bumper and to easily and rigidly fix the frame body and the lamp to the bumper. SOLUTION: In the lamp mounting structure to the bumper, the frame body 20 is arranged at a front surface side of the front bumper 1 so as to surround a periphery of a lamp mounting port 3 formed near an end in a vehicle width direction of the front bumper 1. A bracket 16 installed with a fog lamp 10 is arranged at a back surface side of the front bumper 1. The first and second mounting parts 21a, 21b of the frame body 20 and the bracket 16 are fastened to the front bumper 1 while clamping first and second clamped parts 9a, 9b of the front bumper 1 between these by first and second screws 25a, 25b such that the screws penetrate through the first and second clamping parts 9a, 9b of the front bumper 1 from the first and second mounting parts 21a, 21b side formed on the bracket 16 and do not reach to the surface of the frame body 20.
