<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain improvement in operability regarding a change in a display area of a virtual screen displayed on a display unit in a mobile terminal device for browsing the virtual screen having an area larger than the display unit. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile terminal device 1 comprises: two housings 2, 3; a display unit 11 provided in the housing 3 for displaying various kinds of information; a memory unit storing a virtual screen containing various kinds of information; an operating unit 6 provided in the housing 2; and a control unit for displaying at least a portion of the virtual screen on the display unit 11 and changing the indication of the virtual screen onto the display unit 11 in response to operation of the operating unit 6. The operating unit 6 comprises a scroll operating section 7 for sequentially scrolling display areas of the virtual screen to be displayed on the display unit 11, and an operating function memory section 23. The operating function memory section 23 includes a table wherein a plurality of areas dividing the entire virtual screen are made corresponding to a picture switching operating section 101, and the scroll operating section 7 and the screen switching operating section 101 are provided separately. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
