PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a conventional water meter holder base, wherein water meter could not be attached/detached rapidly, since there is no stability, and the number of turns of a handle is large because the advance/retreat pitch of a slider is small, even though the slider threadedly engaging with a handle body has been advanced or retreated at one end part, by turningly operating the handle body which is put to attachment with its axial movement restricted. SOLUTION: An outer circumference 31 of the handle body is threadedly engaged with the inner circumference of a holder shell body, while the inner circumference 32 thereof with an outer circumference of the slider, respectively, in a reverse screw relation. The handle body is threadedly engaged with and supported by the inner circumference of the shell body and the outer circumference of the slider. The pitch of a screw, that engages with the slider of the handle body, is set larger than the pitch of a screw that engages with the shell body. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
