PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible flat cable in which the surroundings of a conductor are covered by an insulating film without using a circuit pattern, to provide a method of manufacturing the flexible flat cable, and to provide a manufacturing device of the flexible flat cable. SOLUTION: The manufacturing device of flexible flat cable 10 comprises a pattern storage part 15, a movable part 14, and a control part 16 which controls the movable part 14 based on profile data of a circuit pattern 23 stored in the pattern storage part 15. The control part 16 controls the movable part 14 based on the profile data stored in the pattern storage part 15 and ultrasonic welds the insulating films 21 by an oscillation transmission part 12C and a pedestal 13 along the periphery of the pattern conductor 22 forming the circuit pattern 23.
