PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle information providing device for providing information suited to tastes of a user. SOLUTION: User taste information suited to the taste of the user is stored in an internal storage medium 25, and the information suited to the taste of the user is acquired from the contents of operations by the user (S106, S108, S110, S116 and S120). The acquired information suited to the taste of the user is additionally stored in the user taste information stored in the internal storage medium 25 and the taste of the user is learned (S112).
