PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil supply device which prevents a surface of a metering roll from wearing in a short time and makes the amount of oil sticking to a donor roll uniform. SOLUTION: The oil supply device comprises a metering roll 4 which is brought into contact with a surface of a heat roll 2 directly or indirectly through another rotating member to apply release oil, and a belt-shaped oil application member 20 which is brought into contact with the metering roll 4 to apply oil. Since the oil application member 20 is formed like a belt, the surface of the metering roll is not damaged regardless of accumulation of paper powder, toner, and iron powder between the oil application member 20 and the metering roll 4 by rotating the oil application member 20.
