PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent a residue of life waste water from staying in an upper surface part of a step height part by making the life waste water flow down to a first tub part of the lowest part by an inclined part formed in the step height part. SOLUTION: For this purpose, a tub 2 has the first tub part 4 formed in the lowest part, at least one second tub part 6 appearing in an upper part of this first tub part by the step height part, a ceiling part 10 blocking up the upper part of this second tub part, an opening-closing port part 12 formed in this ceiling part, a washing-water sprinkling means 14 for washing the inside of the first tub part and the second tub part by sprinkling water in the first tub part and the second tub part, and a pumping-up pump 16 arranged in the first tub part, driven when the life waste water exceeding a specific quantity is stored and discharging the life waste water. The step height part is provided with the inclined part 52 gradually becoming small in a height position toward the first tub part of a lower part from the second tub part of the upper part.
