PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moistureproof structure of an outer wall penetrating part, capable of reducing or eliminating the loss in moisture proofing between a sleeve and a moistureproof sheet and realizing it by easy construction. SOLUTION: A through-hole 10 for connecting the inside and outside of a house is arranged on an outer wall 1 having the moistureproof sheet 8 inside in a mode of penetrating through the moistureproof sheet 8, and the sleeve 2 is arranged in the through-hole 10, and sheet moistureproof holding collar parts 11c and 12c covering a part between the sleeve 2 and the moistureproof sheet 8 are arranged in an outer peripheral part of the sleeve 2.
