PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a flare from flaring outside from an exhaust opening in the case of an emergency of abnormal combustion inside a heating chamber. SOLUTION: The flare from the heating chamber 10 comes in contact with inner walls of open pores 80a to lose its heat at passing through the pores 80a of a lower porous body 82 of a flame trap unit 80. Then, although the flare is not sufficiently cooled to be completely extinguished in the case of the lower body 82 with high temperature, further cooling the flare with an upper porous body 81 kept in a temperature lower than that of the lower body 82 is sufficient to securely extinguish the flare. Hydrocarbon gasses generated from combustion exhaust gasses and an object F to be cooked are apt to remain stuffy in the space between the upper body 81 and the lower body 82 and an extinction effect due to an oxygen shortage can also be obtained. Thereby improving the cooling effect and adding extinction effect due to the oxygen shortage as well, a sufficient extinction effect can be achieved even if areas of the pores 80a are formed into sizes large enough not to clog up.
