The cover (1) has a filler neck inserted into a filler hole (2) and closed by a filler cap (5). The neck is formed as an extensible, flexible filler tube (3) whose one end is attached at a tube ring (4) and other end is attached with a part of the cover. The tube is counter sinked into the filler hole when the cap is closed and is covered by the cap. The cap is connected with the ring in the closed condition.
