A manufacturing method of an industrial lyocell multi filament is provided to perform an emulsion-treatment of a fiber before and after the drying in order to increase the condensing property of the fiber and to decrease the F/F friction coefficient of the fiber. The filament extruded through a spinning nozzle(1) is solidified. The solvent is removed within the solidified filament fiber. Thereafter, the filament is processed by the first emulsion device(5) via a squeezing roller(4) and dried by a drying device. The dried filament is processed by the second emulsion device(8) and wounded by a winder(9). At the first emulsion process, the first emulsion has the weigh ratio of lubrication agent and emulsion agent with 5:95 to 20:80. The emulsion concentration of the first and second emulsion is 10 to 20%.
