<p>The present invention relates to a turning type charcoal roast board, and more particularly, to a turning type charcoal roast board, wherein if exchange of a used roast board is required during roast of meat using a charcoal fire, a new roast board is configured in such a manner that roast rods accommodated in a roast rod-supplying unit are fed by a roast rod-moving unit and the unused new roast rods are placed in an opening of a main body of the roast board only through user s simple operation of a feed control device installed on the main body to control the feeding of the roast rods, while roast rods previously used at the opening of the main body are transferred to and received in a roast rod-receiving/discharging unit by the roast rod-moving unit. Since the roast board comprised of the roast rods according to the present invention is constructed such that new roast rods are continuously supplied through simple operation, it is possible to solve a problem in which meat is burned if a roast board is used for a long time, and conventional problems with inconvenience and safety, which result from exchange of entire roast boards at certain time intervals. Further, there is a hygienic advantage in that roast rods that have been used as a roast board can be easily discharged and washed, thereby ensuring convenience of use and always maintaining a roast board in a clean state.</p> |
