发明名称 Procédé de blanchiment des fibres végétales
摘要 Vegetable fibres, in all stages of manufacture such as loose material, card sliver, yarn, woven or knitted material, are impregnated with a chlorine bleaching liquor and treated with a liquor containing a peroxide without an intermediate bath. The fibres are preferably pretreated with a wetting agent such as a sulphonated oil and peroxide stabilizers, such as magnesium or other alkaline earth salts of sulphuric acid esters or sulphonic acids of high molecular fatty alcohols, salts of fatty acid alkyl ester-sulphuric acid ester or a mixture of the magnesium salts of a high molecular fatty alcohol sulphuric acid ester and a true sulphonic acid of a fatty alcohol, may also be added. In examples (1) a knotted tricot is wetted in a bath containing a highly sulphonated castor oil, impregnated with a soda-chlorine bleaching lye and introduced into a bath containing water-glass, caustic soda and aqueous hydrogen peroxide. The goods, when rinsed, may be treated in a dilute formic acid bath. (2) An undressed cotton twill is wetted in a bath containing ricinoleic acid-butyl ester-sulphuric acid ester, impregnated with sodium chlorite liquor and introduced into a bath containing water-glass, caustic soda, aqueous hydrogen peroxide and the magnesium salt of sulphonated oleyl alcohol. Chloride of lime solutions may be used in place of the soda bleaching liquors.
