<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fraudulent use prevention function for a radio IC card and reading writing device. <P>SOLUTION: The radio IC card includes a sensor means for measuring motions in response to movement of an IC card body, a movement information measuring means for acquiring movement information of IC card body from a measured value of the sensor means, and a moving model comparing means for comparing the movement information with a predetermined moving model and determining whether the IC card is fraudulently used. The reading writing device comprises a sensor means for measuring motions in response to movement of a reading writing device body, a movement information measuring means for acquiring movement information of the reading writing device body from a measured value of the sensor means, and an illegal act determining means for determining from the movement information whether the reading writing device is fraudulently used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
