<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide moving picture/video image distribution at a moderate price or at no charge that does not obstruct viewing, provides promising effective advertisement effects, and increases incomes of advertising agencies. <P>SOLUTION: A distribution server 1 has many moving picture/video image contents, and a server administrator is the advertising agency 5. The advertising agency 5 includes a means 12 for inserting an advertisement image 7 to the advertising agency 5; and a means 13 for distributing a moving picture/video image contents 4A with the advertisement to only a client terminal 3 of a viewer in advance. The advertisement image 7 is momentarily displayed nearly a whole screen every time an article or the like associated with an advertisement CM is impressively displayed.
