BIOLOGICAL SIGNAL MEASURING INSTRUMENT AND HEALTH MANAGEMENT METHOD USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological signal measuring instrument for measuring the biological signal of a user and providing lifestyle medical interview information by physical state change, and to provide a health management method using the instrument.

SOLUTION: The biological signal measuring instrument includes: a main body with a palm support part formed on the upper side; a sensing part which is formed in the palm support part so as to measure the biological signal of a subject and has an electrode to which the opened palm of the subject is electrically connected; and an arithmetic part which is formed inside the main body, receives the signal of the sensing part, and performs calculation.
