PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching power supply circuit suppressed in spurious characteristics by partially changing an arrangement. SOLUTION: The switching power supply circuit comprises a battery terminal connected with a battery as a power supply, and receives an output from the battery via a filter F1 having a capacitor C1 and a coil L1. The capacitor C1, the coil L1 and the remaining switching power supply circuit PWa are separated from one another in terms of a position, the capacitor C1 and the coil L1 are arranged so as to be close to the position of the battery terminal, the battery positive terminal, the battery negative terminal and the capacitor C1 are electrically connected to one another, one end of the coil L1 is electrically connected to the battery positive terminal, the battery positive terminal and the remaining part of the filter F1 are electrically connected to each other via the coil L1 and a wiring line A electrically connected to the other terminal of the coil L1, and the ground at the switching power supply circuit PWa is electrically connected to the battery negative terminal by a wiring line B disposed in parallel with the wiring line A.
