PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjusting/positioning apparatus and a method for the tape reel standard. SOLUTION: The apparatus mainly comprises an image testing measuring unit and an inner hole testing measuring unit, the image testing measuring unit is located above a tape reel and the inner hole testing measuring unit tests and measures the inner hole of the tape reel.
