PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which, in an environment where an object person to transmit emergency information is easily changed, even if the emergency information is reported by e-mail, the report content cannot be matched to his/her present location. SOLUTION: The emergency information transmission system (100) comprises a broadcasting device (1), a data processor (2) receiving voice information from the broadcasting device, and a portable information terminal (3) including a communication means by e-mail and a means responding to GPS. The data processor includes a means S1 determining the position of the broadcasting device that is the transmitter of the received voice information, a means (S3) acquiring the e-mail address of the portable information terminal responding to GPS in a predetermined range based on the position of the broadcasting device, a means (S2) converting the voice information to character information, and a means (S5) describing the character information in an e-mail with the e-mail address as a transmitting destination and transmitting the e-mail.
