PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency report device and intercom device capable of steadily performing an emergency report. SOLUTION: In the intercom device having an indoor master device connected with a telephone circuit and a fixed telephone and an indoor slave device having an emergency report button and outputting an emergency report signal to the indoor master device, the indoor master device provides a memory section 36 for memorizing a telephone number of a destination address terminal as an emergency destination address, a switching section 31 for switching connection to the telephone circuit between the intercom device and fixed telephone, an incoming call detection section 30 for detecting an incoming call, a connection control means (CPU 34 and connection control program 36B) for shutting off the telephone circuit and connecting again with the telephone circuit after connecting with the telephone circuit by switching connection of the telephone circuit to an indoor master device side so that the switching section 31 is controlled when the incoming call is detected by the incoming call detection section 30, and a report control means (CPU 34 and emergency report program 36C) for performing an emergency report to the destination address terminal by performing telephone call actions to the telephone number memorized in the memory section 36 after controlling the connection.
