PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the visibility of a moving target in an image of a synthetic aperture radar (SAR). SOLUTION: This display has a detecting part 10 for detecting a signal component exceeding a preset threshold value level L, out of a moving target signal extracted by an MTI band limiting part 4 for extracting the moving target signal to be output. The detecting part 10 removes a noise component such as a clutter and an unerased fixed target to detect the moving target signal, by comparison with the threshold value level L and amplification-outputs the detected moving target signal in response to necessity, and a position, a shape and the like of the moving target are thereby acquired accurately on a display displayed clearly discriminatedly from the fixed target.
