PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual detachment/attachment apparatus of a medical connector having an improved operability. SOLUTION: A rotating operation section is constituted rotatable around a rotating axis set to be perpendicular to a horizontal face where an apparatus body is installed; the rotating operation section has a first operation part, a second operation part, and a third operation part; the first operation part separates a first connector 1 from a first connector cap 3 and a second connector 2 from a second connector cap 4 by the first operation part in a first operation area S1 of the rotating operation section; the second operation part moves the first connector 1 and the second connector 2 to face each other and moves the first connector cap 3 and the second connector cap 4 to face each other in the second operation area S2 of the rotating operation part; and the third operation part connects the first connector 1 to the second connector and the first connector cap 3 to the second connector cap 4 respectively in the third operation area S3 of the rotating operation section.
