<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass run capable of improving a sound insulation property. <P>SOLUTION: An automobile door is equipped with the glass run 2 corresponding to a door glass G. The glass run 2 is equipped with a main body portion 13 composed of a bottom wall portion 10, and a vehicle inner side wall portion 11 and a vehicle outer side wall portion 12 extending from both ends of the bottom wall portion 10; and a pair of seal lips 14, 15 sealing a clearance with the door glass G. Of a generally C-shaped outer peripheral portion of the main body portion 13, in a cross section longitudinal direction predetermined range W2 of the vehicle inner side wall portion 11, a predetermined section W4 including a connecting portion 11a between the bottom wall portion 10 and the vehicle inner side wall portion 11, a predetermined section W6 including a connecting portion 12a between the bottom wall portion 10 and the vehicle outer side wall portion 12, the sponge rubber layers S1, S2, S3 elastically contacting with a wall portion of the door frame 1a which are opposite to each other are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
