<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize the delay time for a reference signal x(t) until the signal reaches wrong calculation unit and the delay time for a feedback signal y(t) to reach the error calculation unit, even when the frequency components of the reference signal vary. <P>SOLUTION: An adaptive control apparatus calculates the difference between the reference signal and the feedback signal, performs adaptive control to make the error smaller, and reflects the result of the adaptive control to the reference signal to output. The apparatus includes (1) a delay-time difference detecting section which measures the difference of the delay times, until the reference signal and the feedback signal are respectively input to the error calculation unit, with the frequency of the reference signal changed; (2) a delay-time difference characteristic generating section which generates delay-time difference characteristic, with respect to the frequency of the reference signal; (3) a complex filter which applies a predetermined filtering process to the feedback signal for inputting to the error calculation unit; and (4) a coefficient deciding section which decides the coefficient of the complex filter to have characteristics that are reverse to those of the delay-time difference characteristics, and sets it to the complex filter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
