<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which can efficiently set a schedule of job execution. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus comprises a means which stores job execution schedule data, a means which receives and holds a job execution request, a means which calculates a job execution start time of an execution object, a means which registers the calculated job execution start time and a received job execution end time, a means which registers the calculated job execution start time and the received job execution end time by making a job of the job execution request a cancellation waiting job when another job is already registered between the calculated job execution start time and the received job execution end time and registration of the job cannot be carried out, a changing means which changes registration contents of registered registration jobs, and a means which changes the cancellation waiting job to the registration job when the registration contents of registration jobs are changed and the cancellation waiting job can be registered as the registration job. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
