<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gene encoding a variable region of an autoantibody (TSAB) having activities for stimulating thyroid by being bound to a Thyrotropin (thyroid-stimulating hormone; TSH) receptor (TR); and to provide an application thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The TSAB can be stably supplied by applying a DNA represented by a specific base sequence encoding the TSAB to a variable region of an antibody to be encoded, a standard of the variable region of the antibody, or the like.
