METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING SOILBORNE DISEASE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for diagnosing soilborne disease for soil preparation in which soil is diagnosed before sowing crops and soilborne disease caused by parasitic nematode is beforehand prevented and farmers can produce farm crops without anxiety.

SOLUTION: Presence or absence of the parasitic nematode in the soil is confirmed by separating the nematode from the soil, amplifying DNA of the nematode by PCR method and carrying out electrophoresis of the DNA of the nematode to diagnose the soilborne disease or a ratio of the parasitic nematode to total number of nematode in the soil is confirmed by separating the nematode from the soil, amplifying DNA of the nematode by a quantitative PCR method to diagnose the soilborne disease.
