<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflection film which has both superior antireflective performance and mechanical strength. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed is the antireflection film having at least one low-refractive-index layer provided on a surface of an optical base material, the antireflection film being characterized in that the low-refractive-index layer contains hollow silica particulates each having a cavity inside, fine silica particles, and a binder while the weight ratio of the binder is 0.1 to 0.8 for the weight of the hollow silica particulates and fine silica particles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
