<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery support system and a method of supporting the delivery capable of performing the operations efficiently while transmission of the information is conducted certainly. <P>SOLUTION: A management computer 21 makes identification when a container 100 reaches the area where a process management unit 30 is installed. The management computer 21 of a management server 20 having received the data concerning a tag ID specifies a package to be packaged in the container.
