<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a label on an article by separating an RFID tag from the article, to suppress an influence from the article as much as possible, and to ensure reading and writing of stable data. <P>SOLUTION: In a labeling apparatus for sticking the label L provided with the RFID tag consisting of an IC chip Ta and an antenna for communication Tb on the article W, a bending application means 20 which bends and projects a part 2 of the label containing a tag attached part 1 attached with the RFID tag T into a ridge-like shape from the back face side to the surface side, and a bending detecting means 60 for detecting whether the part 2 of the label L is bent into the ridge-like shape or not, are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
