<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily or accurately express a high-definition character even among a plurality of different client terminals without an external character font installed therein even when exchanging an electronic document including external characters by including an input function of an electronic document including external characters, registering function, browsing function, editing function and output function on an input form of a standard structured electronic document format in utilizing the electronic document. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a system for generating an electronic document, wherein search conditions are given from a client terminal through a Web server to an external character server, a character desired by a user is selected out of a result of a character list corresponding to the search conditions, and character information is obtained from the selected character. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
