PARTICULATE COLLECTING FILTER AND FILTER UNIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particulate collecting filter capable of detecting a particulate accumulation quantity in a filter by a simple method and determining timing of filter replacement and regeneration treatment.

SOLUTION: This particulate collecting filter is used for collecting particulates in gas and purifying the gas. Electrodes 2 are arranged at least at two sections of the particulate collection filter 1, and at least one coil (inductance )3 is connected in series between the electrodes 2 to construct a circuit. Quantity of collected particulate is detected by measuring a resonance frequency when alternating current passes through the circuit.
