<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary culture apparatus, to which dynamic stimulation of load and pressure is applied and which automatically changes media and has versatility of cultured cells and a culture method. <P>SOLUTION: The rotary culture apparatus has a constitution that the culture bath of a culture part is associated, with the medium tank of a pump part, the medium tank and the culture tank are rotated by a drive motor for the rotation of the medium bath, an external rotary pressure device of the pump part is rotated by a rotary drive motor, pressure is applied to a tube pump and a tube pump for pressure application, pressure is applied to the medium bath, media are changed, the rotation of the medium bath is independent of that of the pump part, pressure application and a medium amount are variable and the tube pump for pressure application and a tube pump for medium change are detachably changed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
