PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reading/recording composite device and an information processing system that enable a user to simply and easily obtain processing information while preventing the need of expensive equipment such as a PC, and also, preventing the occurrence of mistakes due to difficulty in input when the user processes data after obtaining the data from printing information. SOLUTION: The reading/recording composite device is capable of reading/printing while imparting coded information such as a QR code to the printing information. It is possible to execute the reading, processing, and printing by using the composite device without using the PC or the like. The composite device is provided with a means for relieving the user from the troublesomeness and inaccuracy of data input. The composite device enables the user to obtain desired processing results by allowing the user only to place a plurality of original manuscripts on an original manuscript platen in a careless manner.
