PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk apparatus in which a signal is recorded smoothly even when scratch is caused in an optical disk and information of scratch can be informed previously to a user. SOLUTION: The optical disk apparatus is provided with a memory means (hereafter, described as shock proof memory) storing temporarily information and a means recording intermittently the information in a disk by accumulation or read-out for the shock proof memory means or the like.
