PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioner capable of increasing the volume of mixed air fed to both sides in a cabin, and suppressing reduction of the air volume. SOLUTION: In a housing 12, guide plates 68a, 68b are provided in a face passage 56 facing side face outlets 42a, 42b of a face outlet 34 substantially parallel to the mixed air distributing direction, and first and second cutout parts 70a, 70b, 72a, 72b facing the guide plates 68a, 68b are formed in a first outlet door 20 for closing the face outlet 34 and a second outlet door 22 for changing the air feed state to the face outlet 34 and a foot outlet. After the air mixed in the housing 12 is distributed along the guide plates 68a, 68b through the second cutout parts 72a, 72b, the mixed air is fed to the side outlet in a cabin from the side face outlet parts 42a, 42b of the face outlet 34 via the first cutout parts 70a, 70b.
