PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording head capable of forming a high quality image superior in liquid repellency and abrasion resistance, and an inkjet recorder having the inkjet recording head mounted thereon. SOLUTION: This inkjet recording head has an ejection nozzle for ejecting a liquid for recording and ink repellent treatment is applied to at least a portion in the vicinity of the ejection nozzle. The ink repellent treatment-applied portion of the recording head is formed of a hardened material of a substance containing fluorine. The substance containing fluorine includes both of a molecule containing fluorine and a molecule not containing fluorine, the content rate of fluorine at the surface of the hardened material is higher than that of the whole hardened material.
