PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a lock function in a closed state of a door panel of a box shaped pallet. SOLUTION: In the box-shaped pallet, the lock member 14 is provided with abutment parts 25, 29 for maintaining a locked state by preventing the movement of a lock pin 21 in an unlocking direction adjacent to an abutment receiving parts 26, 30 on the door panel 5 side, when the pin 21 is at a lock position engaging to a part 15 to be locked and a handle 22 is at a hanging down position along the outside of the door panel 5. When the handle 22 is turned upward from the hanging down position, the abutment parts 25, 29 are separated from the parts 26, 30 to be unlocked. The parts 25, 29 and the parts 26, 30 are so structured that they allow the movement of the lock pin 21 at the lock position in the unlocking direction only when the handle part 22 of the lock member 14 is at a specific intermediate angle in the vertical turning range between the hanging down position and a standing position turned roughly to the top.
