PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent a driver from napping by getting rid of sleepiness and tedious state of the driver by giving optimum stimulation to the driver even in a situation that the driver begins to be aware of sleepiness and a situation that the driver tries to overcome the sleepiness. SOLUTION: When the degree of awakening of the driver is determined to decline or is feared to decline from the detection result of a consciousness state detection device 1, an information device 2 performs information by urging the driver to move legs. Also, a leg movement state monitor device 4 monitors the leg movement state of the driver responding to the information by this information device 2, and a control device 5 controls the content of the information by the information device 2 on the basis of the detection result by the consciousness state detection device 1 and the monitoring result by the leg movement state monitor device 4.
