The aim of the invention is to create ice cream with specifically arranged sound elements generating typical sound emissions because of the kinematics of the chewing process especially in the individual movement phases when biting through the food substance. More particularly, the aim of the invention is to create a suitable superposition and sequence of sound event patterns by arranging and embodying the food components, which act as sound elements, in such a way that typical and novel distinctive acoustic characteristics are created which ensure the distinctiveness of the product and guarantee a great recognition value. The ice cream substance is composed of an outer shell (2, 2.1, 2.2) that is made from different foods and/or semi-luxury products (2) as a generator of a noise segment A, encloses the ice cream (1) at least on two sides as a generator of a noise segment AB, and inside which a crunchy core (3) is provided as a generator of a noise segment B, said crunchy core (3) being made from a food or semi-luxury (2) which is harder than the ice cream (1) and is disposed symmetrically in the ice cream (1) while also acting as a sound element when the same is eaten. A characteristic, acoustic sequential structure is created when biting through the ice cream substance. The invention applies to the production of ice cream. |
