A vehicle wheel suspension comprises a rotation damper (3) whose turnable element is connected to a suitable wheel guide element at the end while a fixed element, especially a housing, is fixed directly or indirectly through at least one bearing to the vehicle construction (1). The bearing(s) is/are acoustically decoupled. Preferably the housing of the rotation damper is sheathed by a rubber element.
