<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device with a top/bottom correction function which inspects the state inside a pipe line and the condition of the members arranged in the pipe line, and a pipe line inspection system loading the image processing device. <P>SOLUTION: The display region necessary for inspecting the images inside the pipe line, which are photographed by the camera attached to the tip end of a pushing rod inserted into the pipe line, is rotated, based on the angle information (top/bottom direction information) inspected by a sensor, to match the actual arrangement state of the pipe line to the top/bottom of the image in the display region for displaying.
