<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film for seal bag made of a biodegradable resin which is excellent in sealability and separability. <P>SOLUTION: The film, which is produced by a melt inflation method, includes a separable layer made of a biodegradable resin containing a polylactic acid resin as a main component and a seal layer made of a biodegradable resin containing a biodegradable thermoplastic polyester resin of a melting point of 140°C or below as a main component. The tensile elongation at break in the longitudinal or cross direction of the film is below 100%.
