<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an option unit in which a countermeasure against static electricity can be taken sufficiently at an option side without increasing cost on a main device side by coupling the option unit physically with the main device and extending the function of the main device by using power supply from the main device. <P>SOLUTION: In the option unit 20 coupled physically with the main device 10 and extending the function of the main device by using power supply from the main device, a connection control right between the main device and the option unit is entrusted to the option side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
