<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooked rice food-molding apparatus controlling density of a cooked rice sheet continuously molded. <P>SOLUTION: The cooked rice food-molding apparatus is provided with a feeding roller 22 continuously supplying cooked rice supplied from a transferring conveyor 11, and a flatting roller 24 molding the cooked rice transferred via a transferring conveyor 23 into a cooked rice sheet having a prescribed thickness. In the apparatus, the thickness of the cooked rice supplied to the flatting roller 24 is detected by a detection sensor 204, the weight of the cooked rice sheet is detected while continuously transferring the cooked rice sheet continuously sent out from the flatting roller 24 at a prescribed speed in a sheet measuring mechanism 20, the feeding roller 22, the transferring conveyor 23 and the flatting roller 24 are controlled based on detection signals from the detection sensor 204 and the sheet measuring mechanism 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
