<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abutment to magnetically attract a prosthesis to an implant and its manufacturing method, in which the prosthesis can be easily fitted and removed so that the prosthesis can be closely attached. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic abutment 1 is equipped with an abutment body 10 to be attached to an implant 2, and a magnetic body 11 arranged on the upper part of the abutment body 10.
