<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately discriminate the multivalued logic of a multivalued-logic signal. <P>SOLUTION: In a data transmission system 1, a data sink 300 follows the amplitude fluctuation of the multivalued-logic signal on the basis of a received reference clock. In the system 1, the data sink 300 has an amplitude detector 310 generating a threshold signal discriminating an amplitude value, a signal amplifier 320 amplifying the multivalued-logic signal, and a comparator 330 used for discriminating the multivalued-logic signal while using the threshold signal as the voltage offset of a comparator. In the system 1, the data sink 300 further has a decoder 340 generating a receiving bit clock as a trigger for discriminating data in each symbol by multiplying the frequency of a receiving word clock by K, and converting receiving serial data into receiving parallel data in response to the receiving bit clock and the receiving data clock. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
