PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor in which the durability of a cleaning blade is improved, the shape of the surface of the electrophotographic photoreceptor is improved, the shape of the electrophotographic photoreceptor surface is optimized and the "shortening of the lifetime due to flaws" is suppressed, a process cartridge, and an electrophotographic apparatus. SOLUTION: The cleaning blade formed with a hardened layer by using an isocyanate compound on the surface of the cleaning blade is used and the surface of the electrophotographic photoreceptor is roughened by the shape of dimples.
