PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid bearing device that can be manufactured at low cost and has a high level of cleanliness. SOLUTION: A hub 10 having a disk mounting face 10d is formed by injection molding. A gate trace 18 is formed in the hub 10 in proximity to the outside diameter end of the lower end face 10c1 of its flange 10c by this injection molding.
