PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the display of a first display section uniform therein in a liquid crystal display device in which a second display section arranged on the rear face is seen through from an LCD cell being the first display section. SOLUTION: A rotating reel 16 is seen through from a front face side of the LCD cell 12, and a control circuit 66 displays an image by a point sequential display method. When the image is displayed in a transmissive range that the rotating reel 16 is seen through, a counter voltage circuit 68 increases display luminance of the transmissive range by changing a counter voltage.
